Baked Parmesan Fish

Baked Parmesan Fish

Introduction:
This recipe is very easy to make, it consists of a flakey white fish which gives it a more succulent delicate texture. It is very important to not overcook the fish or else it will become very dry. When breading the fish we must ALWAYS remember F.E.B. Flour, Egg, Bread crumb. This is the order that breading should always happen in to create delectable crispy outside.

Materials:
1/3 cup
 grated parmesan
2 TBL flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
egg
2 TBL milk
tilapia filets(any white flaky fish)

To cook and prep you need bowls and a cooking tray.

Procedure:

Combine cheese, flour, paprika and salt and pepper in bowl.
Beat eggs and milk
Dip fish in egg mixture then in cheese mixture and coat well
Place fish in a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 - 35 minutes
Results:
This meal tastes exceptional! It was cooked perfectly and kept the fish's flakey texture and moisture. Tasted like chicken! For next time, I would like to bring lemons for the dish as a garnish, this would make it a fun and tasty snack.
